How To Use SiteManager's
Web FTP (File Manager)
You can use SiteManager's built in web-based FTP to
upload files to your website. This is particularly useful when you
are travelling and do not have ready access to your offline FTP
client.
Log in at SiteManager.
1. Click on "File Manager"
2. You will be redirected to a page like the one below.
In it, you will see the file and directory names, size of the files,
their permission settings, the file upload tool and the directory
creation tool.

3. To upload a file, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the "Browse"
button.
Step 2: A dialog box will open. Choose the file
you want to upload to your server.
Step 3: Click the "Open" button of your
dialog box.

Step 4: Click on the "Upload" button.
You can upload up to 5 files at a time.

4. To create a new directory, follow these steps:
Step 1: Type in the name of the directory you want
to create.
Step 2: Click the "Create" button.
Done.
5 . For those of you who needs to, you can also change the permission
settings of the folders and files that are already in your server.
To do so, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the hyperlinked permissions for
the file or directory you want to manage.
Step 2: Select the appropriate attributes as required
for this file or directory.
Step 3: Click on the "OK" button
6. To rename a file or directory, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the "ren" link for the
file or directory you want to change.
Step 2: In the popped up dialog box, type in the
new name you want for this file/directory.
Step 3: Click on the "OK" button. Done.
7. To delete a file, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the "del" link for the
file or directory in question.
Step 2: In the popped up dialog box, click the
"OK" button to confirm. Done.
