Why can't I login to SiteManager?

To login to SiteManager, you must set your browser to allow for cookies.

In Internet Explorer, (click here for help to allow for cookies in Firefox) do the following to allow for cookies:

1. Click on the "Tools" tab and then select "Internet Options".

2. Next, in the resulting dialog box, click on the "Privacy" tab. Then, click on the "Advanced" tab.


Then, in the final dialog box, ensure that you have either set the browser to allow for all cookies or to prompt you to accept cookies.

Setting Cookies in Firefox

To set up your Thunderbird browser to accept cookies, you must first click on "Tools", and then click on the "Options" tab.

In the resulting dialog box, click on the "Privacy" icon in the left navigation bar. Then, click to expand the "Cookies" option. In the resulting section, click the checkbox "Allow sites to set cookies".


Click the "OK" button to complete.
