How To Create Forward Accounts

Forward Accounts are not real e-mail accounts. Instead it's an e-mail address
that forwards all e-mails it receives to another e-mail address or a group of
e-mail addresses.

Log in at SiteManager.

1. Click on "Setup E-mail Forwarding"


2. In the resulting page, click on "Create New Forward"

3. In the next page, you will have a choice of creating an email that forwards to an internal or external email address. If your want to create an email address that forwards to an external account, key in your preferred forwarding email address name and select "*to an external e-mail*" in the drop-down menu. Then, in the field for "Forward to an external E-mail", key in your external email address. Then click on the "Add Forward" button.


4. If you want to create an email address that forwards to an existing pop3 account in the present domain (also known as an email alias), key in your preferred forwarding email address name and select the pop3 email you want to forward to in the drop-down menu.



5. Then click on the "Add Forward" button. Done.
